Suggested Use:
Please refer to the dosing chart on
the bottle. Based upon your gender
and bodyweight, take one serving (2
to 6 caplets) with an 8 fl. oz.
glass of water, 2 times daily. On
days of your workout, take 1 of
these servings 30 to 60 minutes
before your workout. Do not exceed
12 caplets in a 24-hour period.
Consume ten 8 fl. oz. glasses of
water daily for general good health.
