Suggested use:  As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules with a glass of water 3 times daily approximately 30-60 minutes before meals. Do not exceed 2 caps in a four hour period and/or 6 caps in a 24 hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.
